Travel with Yemane is a locally based tour operator offering private, group and tailor-made travel experiences in Eritrea.

Our tours may include guided visits, transportation, accommodation, activities and other services depending on the itinerary selected and the arrangements confirmed with you.

We may make reasonable changes to an itinerary when necessary due to weather, local conditions, safety, government requirements, transport availability or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Bookings and Confirmation

You can submit a booking request through our website.

A booking request is not considered confirmed until it has been reviewed and confirmed by Travel with Yemane.

We will contact you to confirm availability, travel dates, itinerary details and any other necessary arrangements.

You are responsible for providing accurate information when making a booking.

4. Prices and Payment

The price of your tour will be communicated and confirmed before your booking is finalized.

At present, payment is made on arrival in Eritrea, according to the arrangements agreed with you.

We do not currently process online payments through our website.

If our payment methods or requirements change in the future, the applicable payment terms will be communicated before your booking is confirmed.

5. Cancellation

Cancellation is currently free of charge.

If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can update your reservation and notify any relevant service providers.

If cancellation terms change in the future, the applicable conditions will be clearly communicated before a booking is confirmed.

6. Visa and Travel Documents

Travel with Yemane assists travellers with the information and documentation needed to visit Eritrea, including assistance with visa-on-arrival arrangements where applicable.

We can also assist with the necessary documents and arrangements for travel within Eritrea.

However, visa approval, entry permission and other official decisions remain the responsibility of the relevant Eritrean authorities. We cannot guarantee that a visa or entry permission will be granted.

Travellers are responsible for providing accurate information and valid documents when requested.

7. Traveller Responsibilities

Travellers are responsible for ensuring that they have a valid passport and any documents required for their journey.

Travellers must also follow applicable laws, regulations and reasonable safety instructions during their trip.

If you have any health, mobility or other circumstances that may affect your participation in a tour or activity, please inform us before travelling.

8. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travellers obtain suitable travel insurance before travelling to Eritrea.

Insurance should ideally cover medical expenses, accidents, trip cancellation, lost or damaged belongings and other travel-related risks.

Travel with Yemane is not responsible for costs that could reasonably have been covered by appropriate travel insurance.

9. Changes to Tours and Itineraries

We aim to provide the itinerary and services agreed with you.

However, circumstances such as weather, road conditions, government decisions, transport disruptions, safety concerns or other unforeseen events may require changes.

Where reasonably possible, we will inform you of significant changes and make reasonable efforts to provide an appropriate alternative.

Some services may be provided by independent third parties, including hotels, transport providers, restaurants and other local service providers.

We work with service providers we consider suitable, but their services may be subject to their own terms, availability and operating conditions.
